Customers call or message as they normally would; behind the scenes, our Telephony AI Agent powered by the best models/SDKs (e.g OpenAI, Sarvam, Gemini, Grok), handles routine inquiries end-to-end, escalates only the most complex issues to human agents, and automatically captures structured call data into CRMs or ticketing systems. Our modular design lets enterprises choose their preferred speech engine or language model, while a centralized dashboard provides real-time analytics, call summaries, and compliance controls tailored for India’s regulatory environment.


Startup Description

Founded in 2025 by a team of seasoned full-stack and AI engineers, VoxLoom was born out of firsthand experience with stalled customer-care automation projects at leading telcos. We’ve already validated strong demand, warm leads from Airtel, Jio Haptic, and major e-commerce players, and assembled a complete tech squad with expertise in Flutter, FastAPI, Python, ML pipelines, and VoIP integration. We’re now seeking the right business co-founder and seed funding to accelerate our MVP launch, close pilot deals with large enterprises, and build a scalable go-to-market engine. Our vision is to become the de-facto AI-first support layer for India’s $20B+ contact-center industry and then expand across Southeast Asia and beyond.


Business Model

Per-hour usage fees: $0.35 - $0.50/hour for AI-handled voice and chat interactions, billed monthly. Enterprise subscriptions: Tiered plans (Standard, Pro, Enterprise) that bundle a baseline number of agent seats, integrations (CRM, analytics), support SLAs, and premium voice-SDK credits. Professional services & integrations: One-time fees for custom setup, workflows, compliance configuration, and legacy-system bridging. Revenue drivers: Upsells for advanced analytics modules, multilingual voice packs, and add-on connectors (e.g., custom NLP for domain-specific intents). This model aligns customer success directly with usage, incentivizes adoption, and ensures predictable recurring revenue as call volumes grow.
