Business Model

Urbanebolt operates a flexible and scalable business model centered on a "pay-per-use" and "service-based" approach. We are a full-stack logistics partner for D2C brands, offering a range of services that can be used as a comprehensive package. We capture revenue from various points within a brand's supply chain, from local fulfillment to global expansion. 1. Per-Shipment Fee for Same-Day and Express Deliveries This is the core of our business model for last-mile logistics. For every successful same-day, 1-hour, or 2-hour delivery, we charge the brand a flat fee or a rate calculated based on a combination of factors viz distance, weight & speed of delivery requested. 2. Dark Store/Micro-fulfillment Center Revenue Our dark stores are not just a service; they are a revenue-generating asset. We monetize our dark store network by charging storage or fulfillment fee per SKU processed. 3.Shipping Fee for International Shipping For our international shipping services, we operate on a model that leverages our network partnerships. This revenue stream is based on gross margins and service fees for international shipments, which includes air/ocean freight, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery in the destination country.

We, the founding team of Urbanebolt, are a group of friends who first met while working together as colleagues in our previous stints. We were constantly frustrated by the fragmented logistics landscape and the inability of D2C brands to compete with the delivery speeds of major marketplaces. We saw a clear gap in the market a need for a single, comprehensive logistics partner. Our shared experience, complementary skills in operations and technology, and mutual trust led us to start Urbanebolt
