TryZ is hyperlocal fashion quick commerce built for Gujarat. Fashion is emotional and impulsive — but current e-commerce forces customers to guess, wait 7 days, and deal with returns. TryZ eliminates all three. We deliver fashion to your door in 20 minutes from our dark store. You try everything at home. You pay only for what you keep. Rider takes the rest back immediately. Three companies raised ₹350Cr doing this in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi. Nobody is in Gujarat — 7 crore people, zero competition. We live here. We incorporated in April 2026, received SSIP Grant from Govt of Gujarat, got approved by PIERC (DPIIT-recognized incubator), and built complete product blueprint before raising a single rupee. Raising ₹40L iSAFE at ₹6Cr cap to launch Vadodara pilot.

Three revenue streams. Private label fashion — 65-70% gross margins. Platform commission — 30-35% on every item kept by customer. Trial fee — ₹49 per order, waived if customer keeps ≥1 item. Projected ₹1,040 net revenue per order at ₹2,250 AOV and 65% keep rate. Zero revenue until item is kept — aligns our incentive with customer satisfaction completely.

each other.
Pranav and Anil Bhai are father and son — 14 years of professional and financial management experience before TryZ. Pranav and Yatish are friends from Diploma in CSE, built trust through years of shared technical journey. Vinit is Pranav's childhood friend — deep personal trust before any startup.
Why did you decide to start this
company?
Saw Instagram outfit. Searched Myntra. 7 days delivery. Impulse died. Realized Gujarat had zero solution. Three companies proved model works. Nobody came here. So I did.
