Considering the challenges in the delivery of quality healthcare services in remote areas our team is developing a Tele Operated Robotic Ultrasound System(TORUS) that can perform a safe & secure ultrasound even from remote locations ensuring “Diagnosis from a Distance.

Access to Healthcare for Patients:
* Patients can now have access to life-saving ultrasound services anywhere irrespective of the location. It is easier for any diagnostic chain to establish an ultrasound centre as no full-time radiologist is required physically.
