Business model is commission from retailer which would be a fair fraction from his/her profit margin. On Unit level, We would break even from 3% market share of online commerce in that region. For Quick Understanding on Region economics, on 5% market share in 1 region (for e.g. 750 Orders per day in Hosur city) will cost me 8.5L per month and revenue would be 12.5L (breakeven at 3%) whereas when market share grow to 25%, expense would grow to smaller proportion to 15L but revenue would exponentially grow to monthly 62L, booking profit of 45L (75% margin). Number of regions and market share in each region is directly proportional to money we make. On Larger scale, with SOM of 8B$ by 2030, Revenue potential would be 0.36B$

Only Direct Competitor is LoveLocal (not a unicorn), and that too we're not worried as they restricted themselves on FMCG category (not Horizontal like us) and they focus on Seller for monetization model, where we disagree and focus on customers & orders to directly proportional growth of our business. Also they are currently serving in North India, whereas we're starting from South. Incase of indirect competitors, (whose business model is different, but server to my customers) then even Amazon & Flipkart fall under that category.

Large TAM. Extensive Qualitative research on online, offline buyers & sellers led to exhaustive list of problems in Ecom space & then it was easier to derive value propositions, thus founding shopiful
