Product Description

Sentrion is an AI-native technology company building for underserved consumer problems in India and the Global South. Our first product, NeoRakshak, is a live AI-powered scam and fraud detection application on Google Play Store, using large language model intelligence to catch evolving fraud and social engineering patterns that static, rule-based security tools consistently miss. This addresses a problem costing Indian consumers enormous sums annually, with elderly and first-time smartphone users the most targeted and least protected. Sentrion holds DPIIT Startup Recognition, approved on first application. The same AI infrastructure powering NeoRakshak, including authentication, secure payments, and real-time detection, now extends into Advocio, an AI-guided debt resolution platform launching across India, UK, and US markets, and MUZA, an AI-native creator economy platform offering industry-leading 90-92 percent creator revenue share across 22 Indian languages. Founded and built solo by a technical founder with an MBA in Finance and Computer Science background, operating from Chhattisgarh, demonstrating that competitive AI products can originate from Tier 3 India rather than only metro technology hubs. Sentrion is bootstrapped to date and is building its institutional funding pipeline while maintaining disciplined, execution-first venture development.

Startup Description

SENTRION PRIVATE LIMITED is an AI technology holding company incorporated in Pune, Maharashtra, operating under the global brand Lumigen. The company's mission is to bring advanced artificial intelligence to the billions of people in India and the Global South who have been underserved by existing technology, focusing on consumer protection, financial empowerment, and the creator economy. Sentrion holds DPIIT Startup Recognition, approved instantly on first application. The company follows a venture-building model where every product shares a common AI-first technology stack, including React Native, FastAPI, Supabase, and large language model APIs, allowing new ventures to launch faster by reusing proven infrastructure rather than rebuilding from scratch with each product. The company is led by Executive Director Shrikant Kumar Kashi, who holds an MBA in Finance and a Computer Science background, and has personally conceived, built, and shipped every product in the portfolio. Prashant Kumar Kashi serves as Non-Executive Director. Sentrion is fully bootstrapped to date, headquartered in Pune with active operations from Chhattisgarh, and is currently building its institutional funding pipeline to accelerate its product roadmap.

Business Model

Sentrion generates revenue through subscription and commission-based models rather than advertising, ensuring monetization from launch rather than delayed or uncertain revenue. NeoRakshak operates on a subscription model, where users pay a recurring fee for continuous AI-powered scam and fraud protection. Advocio, launching across India, UK, and US markets, generates revenue through service fees combined with success-based commissions on resolved debt outcomes, aligning the platform's incentives directly with user outcomes rather than transaction volume alone. MUZA, the flagship venture, retains 8 to 10 percent of creator membership revenue and 7 to 10 percent commission on in-app commerce transactions, an industry-leading creator-friendly split compared to the 30 to 55 percent typically retained by competing platforms. Across every venture, Sentrion reuses a shared AI infrastructure spanning authentication, payments, and intelligence layers, meaning new products can be built and scaled faster by leveraging systems already proven in production, rather than each venture bearing the full cost of building monetization infrastructure independently. This shared-infrastructure model is central to the business model itself, not just an engineering efficiency, since it directly lowers the cost of launching each subsequent product and compounds gross margin across the portfolio over time.

Competitors

NeoRakshak competes with generic global security applications that rely on static, rule-based detection, unable to adapt to evolving scam techniques or understand Indian language and context-specific fraud patterns. Advocio competes with traditional debt counseling services that are expensive and largely inaccessible to ordinary consumers, as no major AI-native debt advocacy platform currently serves India, UK, and US markets simultaneously. MUZA competes with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, all of which offer opaque algorithms and lower creator earnings, typically 30 to 55 percent revenue share compared to MUZA's 90 to 92 percent, with no native support across 22 Indian languages. India's own short-form platforms, including ShareChat, Moj, and Chingari, have largely exited the creator-first positioning, with Moj pivoting toward microdrama content. Sentrion's core advantage across all three ventures is a shared AI infrastructure enabling faster, lower-cost product development, combined with a deliberate focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 India, a segment consistently underserved by competitors built primarily for metro and global markets.

Teams

Shrikant Kumar Kashi

Executive Director & Founder

Tell us a bit about how founding team knows each other.

Prashant Kumar Kashi and I are brothers. He has supported my entrepreneurial journey from the earliest stages of Sentrion, and I invited him to join as Non-Executive Director to bring governance oversight and a trusted second perspective to the company as I built the product portfolio.

Why did you decide to start this company?

I watched people around me in Chhattisgarh get scammed, trapped in debt, and locked out of the creator economy — and realized one AI foundation could solve all three.

Are all the founders full-time on this project?

Yes
