The kiosks operate in small footprints (48 sq. ft.), require no exhaust, and integrate with Grab/Foodpanda/Deliveroo.

Rolo Robotics is a Singapore-based robotics startup reimagining kitchens through automation. We build robotic food kiosks that combine precision cooking, data analytics, and AI-driven workflows to solve labor shortages, high operating costs, and inefficiencies in food service. Founded by experts in F&B and robotics, Rolo has already secured regulatory approval, deployed Maya 2.0 at a university campus, and signed NDAs with Subway and Burger King.

We generate revenue through two models:
*B2B Model: Enterprise partners purchase or lease Maya kiosks (US$75K sale or US$1.5–3K/month SaaS licensing).
*B2C Model: We operate kiosks under our own GrubEatz brand or via franchisees. Revenue includes meal sales, franchise fees (US$25K), and recurring payments (fixed or rev-share). Additionally, we plan to partner with local food brands to drive foot traffic and monetize through platform services.
