* Tandem Solar Cell: Tandem solar cells are two solar cells coupled together. The top solar cell absorbs one band of the solar spectrum and transmits the rest, and then the other cell absorbs its part. This allows them to produce more energy, and they have the potential to surpass the maximum limit of a typical solar cell.
* Building Integrated Panels: Building energy consumption accounts for more than a third of the world’s total energy consumption, and a lot are yet to be built. So at PSI, we are developing semi-transparent perovskite panels which can be integrated into buildings on façades and other parts, making them energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing.
* Energy Consultancy: Our expertise will ensure that you make the right decisions while moving to solar. We would inform you about, number of panels needed, optimal panel orientation and inclination, the type of panel you should opt for, whether to choose an off-grid or on-grid metering system, and other required knowledge.
Startup Description
We are a start-up dedicated to the indigenous development of perovskite solar cells. Our next-generation silicon-perovskite tandem solar cells will dramatically improve the efficiency of existing silicon solar modules.
We also develop transparent solar glass, which can be integrated into building windows, façades, and doors for designing energy-efficient buildings.
