Our hybrid system combines AI automation with offshore/onshore execution, ensuring 24/7 tenant support, streamlined operations, and margin increases of 40–60% for property managers.


Startup Description

Orchidium Group is building the first brokerage-style ecosystem for property managers. Unlike competitors that bypass managers or only offer software, Orchidium directly partners with PMs as a licensed co-manager. We split % of their existing revenue streams, absorb 100% of their operational costs, and generate new revenue through rent markups, move-in fees, and affiliate commissions. For landlords, we provide guaranteed Day-1 rent payments, eviction and damage coverage, and enterprise-level service at no additional cost. For tenants, we deliver faster leasing, maintenance, and credit-building rent reporting. The U.S. property management market is worth $100B+, with 320,000+ companies managing 50M+ units. Our initial focus is mid-market managers (50–300 units), with a serviceable obtainable market of $33–35B. With just 10 clients (~1,000 units), we project $2–6M ARR. Our vision is to standardize property management across the U.S., expand into commercial and international markets, and evolve into a PropTech + service hybrid by 2030.

Orchidium operates on a B2B2C PropAlliance model: Revenue Share: We partner with property managers and retain % of their existing fees (leasing, management).
