Store-In is a patented smart pantry system designed to automatically track dry-grocery inventory and consumption inside the kitchen. It combines sensor-enabled shelves and containers with embedded electronics, connectivity and software to monitor what is stored, how much is left and how usage changes over time. The system can provide low-stock alerts, consumption insights and replenishment support, while creating the data foundation for future features such as predictive reordering, cooking suggestions and nutrition-related insights.
Krioteck Automation is a consumer technology startup building Store-In, a patented smart pantry platform for automated household inventory and consumption tracking. Store-In combines sensor-enabled storage, embedded electronics, connectivity and software to help households automatically understand what groceries they have, how much is left and how consumption changes over time. The company is currently progressing from a working prototype toward user pilots, product industrialisation and commercial launch through modular kitchen, interior design and related B2B2C channels.
Our business model is primarily B2B2C, starting with modular kitchen companies, interior designers, architects and showrooms that can integrate Store-In into new kitchen projects. We plan to make money first through the sale and installation of Store-In hardware, including the smart pantry unit, sensor-enabled shelves and containers, embedded electronics and related installation components. This will be our primary source of revenue during the initial commercial stage. As the installed base grows, we plan to add recurring and transaction-based revenue through: Software and premium services for advanced inventory insights, analytics and household usage history. Subscription-based features for enhanced intelligence, personalization and future AI-assisted capabilities. Commerce integrations that allow users to replenish groceries through connected e-commerce or quick-commerce platforms, creating potential referral or transaction commissions. Channel and strategic partnerships with kitchen, interior and smart-home companies that can bundle or integrate Store-In into their offerings. We are not generating commercial revenue today, as the product is currently moving from a working prototype toward structured pilots and commercialization. Our near-term focus is to validate product-market fit, complete DFM and certification, and convert early industry discussions into paid pilots and commercial sales.

Hardware-enabled IoT / Smart Home Platform (B2B2C)
B2B2C, To start with we will target B2B2C to have CAC lower. We will go B2C later. B2B is a good problem to solve but we need a larger team to address that.
Store-In does not currently have a clear like-for-like direct competitor in India. The main competition comes from adjacent categories: - Samsung Family Hub / AI-enabled refrigerators – smart food management, but focused on refrigerator inventory rather than dry pantry staples. - Pantry and grocery-list apps – help users track and plan purchases, but depend heavily on manual input. - Traditional modular kitchen and storage brands – provide premium pantry organization, but without automatic inventory sensing or consumption intelligence. - Retail smart-shelf technologies – use sensors for inventory tracking in stores and warehouses, but are designed for commercial environments rather than households. Store-In differentiates itself by focusing specifically on automatic dry-grocery inventory and consumption tracking at the physical pantry storage layer, combining sensing, embedded electronics, software and kitchen integration.
Tell us a bit about how founding team knows each other.
I'm the solo founder. I've a company director who is a founder of another Startup in Bay area. I seek advice from him to run the company. We've a seasoned CA, a Legal advisor and a strategic product advisor from consumer Interior industry to advise in their respective domains apart from the technical team members.
Why did you decide to start this company?
I decided to start Krioteck because I saw a simple everyday problem that technology still had not solved: inside the pantry we still depend on memory and manual checking to know what we actually have.
Are all the founders full-time on this project?
Yes
