Product teams building and shipping softwares still struggle with slow execution and coordination, even with many tools at their disposal. These teams rely on tools like Jira, Linear, and Slack to track formal work. But for every tracked task, there are dozens of small, unstructured “micro-loops” - reviews, follow-ups, clarifications, document requests, and coordination nudges - that live across chats, emails, and tools. These micro-loops are rarely tracked because they are too small to justify manual overhead. Yet collectively they create significant execution, ultimately delaying in going to market. Klaire is building an AI-powered execution layer that sits on top of existing project management and communication tools to automatically capture, organize, and close these hidden loops. In essence, they are building a self-updating command center for unresolved work that ensures nothing critical falls through the cracks.
Klaire is building at the intersection of project management (Eg - Asana, ClickUp, Monday), team communication (Slack), and AI-driven workflow automation. While formal work is well-tracked, the majority of execution friction today comes from invisible coordination loops that slow teams down. Klaire makes this hidden work visible and actionable. They are going after Software Development teams with (50-1000 Full Time Employees) especially those without a proper Project Management SOPs/ teams in place. It is estimated that there are ~2M potential users of such a product in the US alone and ~12M Globally. They are aiming to have a tier based pricing model, with a basic and a pro plan for individuals and a teams plan for organisations. Depending on the tier, they will price this between $10 - $20 per user per month. Progress so far: They have built out the core capabilities of the product and have released the first version of the product to alpha users who will help refine workflows and validate core use cases. Users can connect their Gmail and Slack; to validate the "Open Loops" detection system. They are already working on building support for WhatsApp and iMessage.
