Interview.com is an online Interviewing and Mentoring platform connecting candidates, institutes, working professionals (interviewers/mentors), and startups/companies with each other in a tech-enabled ecosystem, which has three modules. In the first module, candidates (students/graduates looking for fresher positions through on/off campus mode (a full-time job or an internship), or working professionals looking for job-switch) undergo Mentorship Sessions and Mock Interviews with Mentors/Interviews from top MNCs, and receive a detailed Feedback and Action Plan for Improvement. In the second module, the institutes create an admin account and add all of their students to the platform. An institute admin gets to view all the sessions booked by the students of his/her institute and also the actionable feedback received by the interviewers/mentors for them. In the third module (which is yet to be developed), the startups/companies will post their hiring requirements on the platform, for which all the relevant candidates will be notified. The candidates will undergo JD-based Hiring Interviews at the platform (with Interviewers from top MNCs registered at the platform), and their detailed KPI-wise interview scores will be shared with those startups/companies that had posted those hiring requirements. interwiu.com is an Online Mock Interview and Mentorship platform developed by Fyzen Career Solutions Pvt Ltd, which connects the students (as interviewees/mentees) with the professionals from top MNCs (as interviewers/mentors) using a filter-based smart match-making algorithm, to facilitate the Mock Interviews and Mentorship Sessions with integral Feedback. The interviewers and mentors serving at the platform are the experienced professionals from various big MNCs like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, IBM, Flipkart, JPMorgan Chase & Co., American Express, Meta, Citi, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, PwC, Netflix, Directi, IQVIA, Kotak Mahindra Bank, BNY Mellon, Hexagon Capability Center India Pvt Ltd, Accenture, Deloitte, etc. The mock interviews mimic the real placement/internship interviews extensively.
