GenAide operates on a B2B managed marketplace model facilitating cross-border trade in pharmaceutical products. Our primary revenue stream is derived from the margin earned on transactions where we procure pharmaceutical products from our network of Indian SME manufacturers and sell them to international buyers. We effectively manage the entire export process, including quality assurance, logistics, regulatory compliance, and transaction facilitation, allowing us to capture a healthy gross margin (currently ~25%). Jigar and Navin are childhood friends and batch-mates from MBA (NMIMS) Yash, Deep and Jigar worked together at a Pharma Manufacturing company (Sushen Pharma) - handling different functions. Sagar and Yash are brothers.
