Esarwa - Automated Accounting & GST Compliance Software for Goods Trader in India. We offer an easy to use software for small businesses in India to do their GST compliances by helping them create E Way Bills, E invoices, Filing GST returns within seconds without visiting any Government website. The purpose is to simplify complex compliances with our software and mobile application for anywhere access. The software is easy to use so the small business owner can directly use the software instead of relying on a third party accountant, helping them save costs. With all the costs involved of a third party accountant and paying minimum 30k per annum additionally manual follow ups and tracking, with automation it will move to a Do It yourself model which our software allows businesses to do.


Startup Description

Esarwa is a registered trademark of Myrah Consulting Services Private Limited. Our company was registered in July 2020 and with our determination we developed our Beta product in September 2021 and raised our angel round in October 2021 of INR 75,00,000 additionally the cofounder/promoters have invested 75,00,000 to take the total fund raise to 1,50,00,000/-. We worked closely with our Beta users and launched the product free of costs for everyone in April 2022, post which 9 months of several iterations on our product feedback we launched the paid subscription version in January 2023 and by 31st December 2023 we had over 1800 + paid users paying us annually INR 2,000 average with 95% active users.
