Simon and Praveen met in Singapore's aerospace innovation scene and aligned through a shared passion for democratizing space access. James joined shortly after through mutual networks, bringing deep propulsion expertise from his time at Gilmour Space.

Why did you decide to start this company?

We saw that rocket launches were still expensive, risky, and harmful to the environment. We believed hybrid propulsion was the future and started Equatorial Space to solve this, building a safer.
