July 2022: Growing up - Embryonic Greens Farm Launch
In the Summer of 2022, Embryonic Greens' first full-scale commercial farm in Mohali, Punjab, began supplying more than 40 different varieties of Microgreens to People, Retail locations, Five Star Hotels, and Gourmet Restaurants throughout Tri-city. The production volume of the Embryonic Greens Farm is estimated at over 10 times the Pilot Farm.
Startup Description
After several years of working actively in the healthcare and Biotech Industry, Embryonic Greens founder Mohit Nijhawan went searching for a way to impact the health of Indians proactively. To provide Indians with affordable, healthy food that is fresh, attractive, nutritious, locally grown, safe, and free from contaminants. Mohit Nijhawan brought the idea of indoor hydroponic farming to India, which is already in progress in advanced countries like Japan, America, and Australia.
