Our pricing model scales with the number of Agile teams and offers tiered features to cater to various organizational needs. 1. Mid-Sized Companies (1,000-5,000 employees): We charge USD 700 per agile team, with an average customer value of $30,000 annually. 2. Large Enterprises (10,000+ employees): Our enterprise pricing model is customized based on user volume and features, with the potential for contracts worth hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. Our financial model projects significant growth in both segments. By Year 5, we anticipate achieving $150 million+ in annual recurring revenue. COuples of Months back when I was looking for a Storng Tech leadership to build Effilix then I got connected with Prakash. We decided to work in a consulting mode for couple of months before formalizing the relationship with Effilix.
Why did you decide to start this company?
My 10+ years as an Agile coach gave me a front-row seat to the struggles of Agile transformations and my Startup experience added to that to build Effilix
