Docso is a digital platform that organizes complete outpatient healthcare services — bringing hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostics, and pharmacies together in one connected ecosystem. Patients can search and compare hospitals, view doctor schedules, and book appointments without physically visiting clinics. They can also upload prescriptions, book diagnostic tests, and order related medicines directly from partnered pharmacies. Unlike most health apps that focus only on online consultations, Docso focuses on real-world healthcare organization — simplifying access to offline appointments, lab procedures, and medicines through a single interface. With a clean UI, real-time doctor availability, and verified listings across government and private sectors, Docso is designed to save time, reduce confusion, and streamline patient journeys across cities. As the network grows, the product will integrate smart scheduling, AI-powered hospital recommendations, and patient health record linkage, creating a truly connected outpatient experience.
Docso is India’s first startup to organize outpatient healthcare services — digitally connecting every layer of the healthcare chain, from hospitals and clinics to diagnostics and pharmacies. Docso was born out of a simple observation — while India has advanced digital tools for e-commerce, food delivery, and mobility, healthcare remains deeply unorganized, especially at the outpatient level. Patients still go door to door to find doctors, book tests, and buy medicines. Docso solves this by creating a city-level healthcare ecosystem, digitizing the offline process while preserving existing relationships between hospitals, doctors, and labs. Our revenue comes from per-booking convenience fees, commissions from labs and pharmacies, and promotional listings for hospitals and clinics. Starting with Tier-2 cities, Docso aims to build a Bharat-scale healthcare network, and eventually evolve into an infrastructure platform powering hospital supply, patient data, and digital health expansion.
Docso follows a multi-revenue model focused on organizing and monetizing outpatient healthcare services. The platform connects patients with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies, simplifying discovery, comparison, and booking through a single interface. Our revenue comes from multiple streams: Convenience Fee: Charged to patients for each appointment booked through the platform. Commissions: Earned from pharmacies and diagnostic centers for every successful medicine order or lab test booking. Sponsored Listings: Hospitals and clinics can promote their profiles to appear on top within city-specific categories. Promotional Banners: Healthcare brands and hospitals can advertise on the platform for higher visibility. Delivery & Service Fees: Applied for doorstep medicine delivery and diagnostic sample collection. Docso runs on an asset-light, scalable model, utilizing local partnerships and riders for on-ground execution without owning infrastructure. As the network grows, Docso aims to expand into a B2B supply vertical, enabling hospitals and clinics to source products directly through the platform — similar to Zomato’s Hyperpure — making Docso a complete healthcare ecosystem.

Tell us a bit about how founding team knows each other.
We are college friends.
Why did you decide to start this company?
The idea for Docso came, when my niece, which is just 4 years old, was diagnosed with Type-1 diabetes. That time I realised how difficult was it to find and book hospitals in India.
Are all the founders full-time on this project?
