DeshiMoo focuses on the collection and delivery of Indian breed fresh & chilled cow milk , which is gaining popularity due to its reputed health benefits over conventional A1 milk. We source our milk from the Sahiwal and Rath breeds of Indian cows, which naturally produce A2 milk containing, only the A2 has beta-casein protein. This protein is believed to be easier to digest and less likely to cause allergies or intolerances compared to the A1 protein found in most commercial milk.
