Delta X Automotive is an EV startup incubated at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc). It has a singular vision of accelerating EV adoption in India. The startup is aiming to cater to Micromobility using Microelectric scooters which can provide a higher range compared to full-size scooters for a given battery capacity. Micro electric scooters are also significantly cheaper than full-size scooters, thereby accelerating EV adoption in India through affordability. The scooter developed by Delta X Automotive can be charged like a laptop (at any standard power socket) and unlocked like a smartphone (using biometrics). We are focused on revolutionizing micromobility with our flagship product, KIX+, a micro-scooter designed for short-distance commutes. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in India by providing an affordable, efficient, and environmentally friendly transportation solution. With cutting-edge design and innovation, Delta X Automotive aims to empower users with independent mobility while reducing carbon footprints, contributing to a sustainable future.

We met during our Master's Program at IISc, Bangalore, where we quickly recognized our shared passion for innovation and our complementary skill sets. Over the years, we've worked together on various projects, refining our teamwork and deepening our trust in each other's abilities.

This foundation has allowed us to seamlessly collaborate as we embarked on founding Delta X Automotive, combining our expertise to drive the company's vision forward.
