Dartle helps sports academy managers digitise and integrate multiple department operations, improve staff & player performance & streamline recruitment. As former athletes, we've seen first hand how inefficiently run academies lead to decreased visibility of young talented athletes, thereby affecting the goals of both the athlete & the academy.

Tell us a bit about how founding team knows each other.

The founders have know each other since college. We studied in the same class, same course, lived under the same roof for 8 years, worked together in IEEE, MAD and started our first venture of a sports screening cafe in Bengaluru together.

Why did you decide to start this company?

As former athletes, we had our professional sports dream taken away, due to a poorly structured and managed industry. We wanted to create a future for athletes with more accessible opportunities
