Startup Description

Cook-Kit was born out of the realization that busy Indian families in the UAE crave authentic weekday dinners without the stress of meal planning and cooking. While restaurant takeouts can be convenient, they’re expensive and often lack the warmth of home-cooked meals. Generic meal kits don’t do justice to India’s rich culinary heritage. We’re changing that. With Cook-Kit, families get authentic Indian meals—fresh, preservative-free, and cooked at home in 15 minutes. Our vision is to be the “weekday OS for Indian dinners,” owning the Indian dinner segment first in the UAE and soon in other GCC markets. In just a few months, we’ve seen 73% repeat order rates and taste scores of 4.85/5—proving there’s a massive unmet demand. And we’re just getting started. We’re expanding into stir-fry sauces and healthy snack lines to increase customer lifetime value and cement Cook-Kit as the go-to brand for authentic, effortless Indian dinners.
