SafeCloak Smart Digital Lockers are Internet connected lockers used for short term storage or parcel drop offs. Our lockers are built modular, along with our very own in house developed hardware components like controllers, gateways and also the applications that run on kiosk and on web for the operation of these lockers. Over the last two years our product has eveolved into a stable platform that can also be used as an efficent access control infrastucure for any services that need user validation and access permission based on pre payments etc.
SafeCloak is the proud pioneer in building, installing, operating and maintaining smart digital lockers in India. We build smart internet connected lockers that are used for luggage storage along with first-mile and last-mile delivery dropoff. Our Vision: Redefining the way people enjoy Travel and Leisure by offering a robust network of Self-Service Smart Lockers. Our Mission: We dream & work to build India’s Safest Self-Service Locker for your day-to-day baggage storage needs right in your neighbourhood. SafeCloak is a 2.5+ old bangalore based startup, with presence already in 18+ cities across India. We have served more than 250K customers in various segments like Indian Raiwlays, Metro rail stations, Airports, Shopping malls, Resorts and Sports clubs. SafeCloak is currently in a rapid scaling phase and is expending fast to many more segements like temples, mutt/ashrams, Bus Terminals, Entertainment parks etc.
We are into B2C model, wherein we Install and operate lockers at places of need. Below are our revenue and cost elements. * Revenue = Fee paid by end user of the locker box (based on box size and usage duration) + Ad revenue * Costs = Property rent/rev share, utilities, labour, saas fees, marketing Besides the above we are also exploring B2B business model, wherein we will be building and transferring our product to the customer. We are working on few variants of On-Prem solution that can fit this use case for a conducive business model.

Tell us a bit about how founding team knows each other.
I (Manjunath) and Sudhindra know each other since our 4th grade in School and Pradeep we know since our Engineering days (since almost 25 years).
Why did you decide to start this company?
As we have travelled around in US and EU, we realised there the tech enabled option for short term luggage storage is non existent in India and this has a huge market size, which motivated us.
