CabBudi operates on a driver-first, subscription-based business model designed to create long-term profitability and sustainable growth. Instead of charging high commissions per trip like traditional aggregators, CabBudi drivers pay a fixed weekly or monthly subscription fee to access the platform. This structure allows drivers to keep 100% of their earnings, ensuring better retention, higher satisfaction, and predictable revenue for the company.
