BharatTender is a private B2B procurement and tendering platform that enables businesses to discover verified vendors, conduct secure bidding, generate digital contracts, and execute escrow-backed transactions through a single digital workflow. The platform is designed to bring trust, transparency, and efficiency to private procurement in India using AI-driven vendor matching and structured procurement infrastructure.
BharatTender is building the trust infrastructure layer for private procurement in India. Today, most businesses still rely on fragmented offline processes, brokers, unverified suppliers, and unsecured advance payments for procurement. BharatTender solves this by creating a secure digital ecosystem where enterprises, SMEs, hospitals, manufacturers, and suppliers can manage end-to-end procurement workflows transparently. The platform combines verified supplier onboarding, structured tender creation, sealed competitive bidding, escrow-backed payment protection, digital contracts, and AI-powered procurement intelligence into one unified system.
BharatTender operates on a multi-layered revenue model built around procurement transactions and enterprise workflow infrastructure. The platform generates revenue through transaction fees charged on successful procurement orders and tenders executed through the platform. In addition, BharatTender offers subscription-based premium tools such as advanced procurement analytics, AI-driven vendor matching, and enterprise workflow management features. The company also earns through vendor verification and compliance services for suppliers onboarding onto the platform. As the platform scales, BharatTender plans to expand into embedded financial services including escrow-backed payments, invoice financing, working capital solutions, and procurement credit partnerships, creating additional recurring revenue streams.
