AutoVRse is a VR/AR company that is working on two main initiatives: *An Enterprise Division that is building the Industrial Metaverse, and is focused on helping industries integrate virtual and augmented reality into their workflows *A Game Studio division that is building District M, the Metaverse Festival. It’s a VR game that showcases the potential of the metaverse. The company has been working on VR / AR for the past six years and has generated over USD 2 Mn in lifetime revenue
*We officially started our journey in November 2016, and had our first full year of operations in 2017. Our initial thrust, as a company, was purely on enterprise-focused VR. Among our early customers were Tech Mahindra, Volvo and Robert-Bosch, who worked with us on early proofs-of-concept *Expanding our offerings to include AR (for Android & iOS Devices), and 360° videos (for distribution via digital channels) we aggressively grew our sales 3.5x from 2017 through to 2019. Early adopters included marquee brands such as TVS Motors, Accenture, Bosch-Siemens, & Abbott Labs *We have since grown from strength to strength, and focused our energies on building the AutoVRse VR Platform - where we create & deploy experiential learning products for large enterprises who are looking to fortify their safety, skill-development, and process-training verticals. The AutoVRse platform has been deployed at Fortune 500 companies such as Shell, Aditya Birla Group, Novo Nordisk et al *In 2020, we started our Game Studio division in parallel, which would focus on building the finest VR game to come out of an indie-studio, in India! We are currently building District M, a VR rhythm-based platformer that will launch cross-platform (Quest, PSVR et al.) in 2024. Last year, we launched a free demo on Oculus AppLab with 8 playable levels, and are currently the only indie-studio to partner with Sony Playstation as part of their Hero India program
*From a services + content model, the top clients will move to a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model in a 8 -12 month horizon *The Game Studio is currently working on District M, a VR game that will generate revenue through sales and in-game micro-transactions

Our end-to-end support and high-quality custom content creation give us the edge: *Meeting Rooms SpatialXR, ImmersedVR- They don’t offer enough added value over Zoom, Teams etc to justify the effort of jumping into VR *360 Media Creation & Deployment STRIVR- Works for soft skills/diversity training. Unusable for operational training *VR Content Libraries TRANSFR, Talespin- Generic VR content libraries will not offer as much value as customized training *VR Deployment Platforms- Immerse, echo3D No strong incentive for enterprises to stay on the platform
