Business Model

Assist Buddi operates on a B2B SaaS subscription model, selling directly to small and mid-sized businesses across India. Revenue is modular, recurring, and designed to grow with the customer. How We Make Money Each product is independently priced on a monthly or annual subscription basis, making adoption low-risk and entry affordable for SMBs. As businesses scale and adopt additional modules, revenue per account compounds without additional acquisition cost. This creates a natural land-and-expand motion: a client starts with WhatsApp Automation, grows into CX Support, adds Billing, and becomes a full-platform customer.
