Allium IQ is an AI-powered video surveillance and human identity intelligence platform that enables persistent identification and re-identification of the same person across multiple camera feeds, locations and time, without relying on a clear or visible face. Its AI surveillance agents analyse multiple physical and behavioural characteristics such as appearance, body shape, gait and other features to maintain identity continuity across video feeds. The platform can operate 24×7 and make live and historical video searchable by identity.
Allium IQ, operated by Allium Netryx Private Limited, is a Gurgaon-based AI/computer vision startup focused on next-generation video surveillance and identity intelligence. The company is developing an AI identity layer for existing CCTV infrastructure, enabling organisations to track and search specific human identities across cameras and over extended periods. The company is currently at the pre-revenue stage, with its MVP live and pilots underway.
Allium IQ follows two primary deployment and revenue models: 1. Air-gapped / on-premise model: Designed for defence, airports and buildings of national importance. Revenue is generated through installation and configuration fees, fixed annual fees per module and data-related charges. 2. Non-air-gapped / cloud SaaS model: Designed for retail outlets, malls, hotels and casinos. Customers are charged on a per-camera, per-month SaaS basis, along with data charges. The deck indicates camera pricing of approximately US$3–7 per camera per month for the cloud model, while large air-gapped deployments can have significantly higher contract values.

Maturity
B2B, B2C, B2B2C
The competitive landscape primarily consists of: 1. Deep North and other single-camera computer vision companies – focused on motion, behaviour, object/clothing detection and people counting, but generally do not provide persistent cross-camera identity continuity. 2. Large multi-camera AI/CV players – provide broad video analytics and enterprise solutions but their re-identification capabilities can weaken when clear face views are unavailable. 3. Traditional face-recognition companies – perform well with clear, frontal faces but are dependent on good face visibility and have limited tracking continuity in challenging CCTV conditions. Allium's stated competitive wedge is cross-camera, cross-appearance human re-identification without dependence on visible faces.
Why did you decide to start this company?
