Startup Description

Our vision is to digitize India's Textiles. We have first onboarded the manufacturer who are in the center of the textile ecosystem. So apart from manufacturers, we are also onboarding Agents, Suppliers, Karigars/Jobworkers, and Retailers. We are building india's biggest network for the textile industry. We will have the biggest manufacturers network in India in the apparel and fabric category. We can help these Karigars in their Financial Inclusion. We will be saving a lot of trees by eliminating physical books and papers for their triplicate copies of keeping business operations records. Helping in distributing their product launches through WhatsApp Automation. Other than SaaS, we have a solid plan to build a Discovery platform of Design and Fabric.

Business Model

Revenue: We have a B2B SaaS Revenue model. Our product offering starts as low as INR 6000/year to INR 50000/year. It depends on the module, number of users, and integration needs. Our average revenue per new customer is INR 18000-20000 today. GTM: Our current GTM strategy is the FoS Team. We have a Field team that visits various markets, showcases the product and gets them onboard. So far, we have onboarded 3800+ manufacturers. Monthly we are billing 160-180 businesses with 100-120 new and 60-80 renewal. We have achieved a 70% renewal rate so far. Monthly our users are adding 1.5 Lacs new designs and 100Cr meter processed in the app. So product usage are strong. Apart from Manufacturers, There are 2Lacs+ stakeholders registered in the app like Agents, Karigars/Jobworkers/Suppliers/Retailers/Distributors

Around 2016-2018, I was working as a Product Manager on CricHeroes. During this time, I went to our shop for a few days and I could see people talking about various problems they face.
