SteamPRO operates a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business model focused on delivering full stack, end-to-end steam shower solutions. We acquire leads through digitally (Meta Ads), where potential customers discover our brand and express interest (Lead Campaigns). These leads are then nurtured by a highly trained inside sales team that provides personalized support and guidance, effectively acting as wellness consultants to ensure clients understand the benefits and value of steam therapy. Our revenue comes from selling high-quality steam shower units and installation services, with an Average Order Value (AOV) of Rs. 60,000 (including GST). Once a sale is made, our dedicated team of skilled technicians handles the installation, ensuring a seamless end user experience. We bridge a critical gap in the market by offering efficient after-sales support, which strengthens customer satisfaction and loyalty in this niche “steam verse.” We're obsessed to build a strong relationships and drive longterm loyalty.

Tell us a bit about how founding team knows each other.
I met Pravir, my brother, after 2 years into this world. Ram-Shyam, Sita-Gita call it what you may, but we both went to the same school, the same college, the same internships, and even shared the same cab when we were employed at different companies. Two easy going dudes who get along with strikingly different personalities! Pravir is the the sales behemoth and the handles product too I am tasked with marketing and branding SteamPRO along with strategy, finance & Ops.
Why did you decide to start this company?
We love water and our daily showers. Bathing today is boring and has skipped innovation, we'll change that. SteamPRO isn’t just a better way to shower; it’s a step towards a healthier, longer life.
