Business Model

ScaleDux operates as a multi-sided marketplace with a phased revenue model. In the initial phase, we generate revenue through platform fees and commissions. Founders pay platform fees for advanced access, readiness insights, and structured visibility. Service providers, mentors, and talent pay platform fees or commissions when they get paid work or engagements through the platform. We take a 12–15% commission on successful transactions where value is clearly delivered. As the ecosystem matures, we introduce subscription-based and SaaS-style revenues. This includes paid access to detailed SCORE reports, premium listings for higher visibility, curated deal rooms for investors, and advanced analytics for founders and service providers. Investors can also subscribe for access to filtered, readiness-based startup pipelines that reduce screening and due diligence effort. The core principle of our business model is simple: users can join and participate freely, but those who gain measurable value, save time, or make better decisions pay for deeper access and efficiency.
