Optick is an AI B2B SaaS platform for Distributed Workforce Oversight & Enablement. With India's rapid growth and post e COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a substantial increase in remote working. This includes sales, servicing, and those stationed at customer sites. A recent report by BCG anticipates a surge of over 12 million additional remote workers in the next five years. Presently, companies lack the tools to efficiently oversee and support this workforce, resulting in revenue losses and reputational challenges. Optick is an integrated platform with vision capabilities like facial recognition, cognitive OCR, AI chatbots along with tracking capabilities like geo fencing, route mapping and productivity tools like task management etc. It helps companies enhance productivity of field teams and in turn helps staff access to real time information increasing quality of customer service. We have significantly differentiated product with features like internet free ops, hardware agnostic design and inbuilt AI capabilities. No single competitor offers all the capabilities that Optick has.
Quantian Technologies is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) products company specializing in Computer Vision (CV). Its flagship product, Optick provides mobility and productivity solutions to companies for managing field staff and optimizing field operations. Given its high accuracy facial recognition algos, cutting edge technical features and rich dashboards, Optick is helping our customers manage the 50,000+ users who use this application. The company has also developed various CV algorithms which are used in bespoke projects to solve business problems involving the use of CV.
We have two pricing models - 1) One time product sale or 2) Subscription fee . Revenue is generated primary from 1)Service Fees income , 2) One time Hardware installation fees, 3)Maintenance charges , 4) Product upgrades Our revenue projection for next three years - Year 1(INR 2 CR), Year 2 (INR 10 CR) and Year 3 (INR 40 CR). These are backed by a detailed business plan. Our current plan only assumes domestic market deployment and excludes possible international market penetration.

Tell us a bit about how founding team knows each other.
Kaushal and I studied together in NIT Nagpur and have known each other for last 20+ years. We also have worked together at Atos for about 5 years.
Why did you decide to start this company?
We are passionate about the role of technology in business and strongly believe that AI will play a crucial role in the coming 5-10 years. We want to build innovative products in this space which will enable non-linear business growth.
