Powered by an AI-enabled platform, Gratia provides value-added services to analysts via apprenticeships and to clients via on-demand analysts as a service. On the demand side, Gratia finds high-potential candidates, screen their skills via assessment, provide feedback and level ranking based on their skills, match them to roles, upskill on the job, connect them to resources and the community to enhance their skills, and deliver consistent, quality work to Clients. On the supply side, Gratia is developing a platform-based apprenticeship program to democratize the playing field for analysts to gain jobs through assessment and apprenticeship, not pedigree.
Gratia is building the future of entry-level work and apprenticeship technology. We envision a future where Gratia is the provider of choice for all entry-level hires by driving efficiency, delivering consistent quality and providing economic opportunity. Talent is globally distributed, but opportunity is not. We believe we can make a lot of money and impact by fixing this.
Gratia operates on a staffing model, charging clients 50% of analysts' fee. We cover training & mentorship through this margin. For permanent hires, a 25% placement fee compensates investment in development. We prioritize transparency with upfront pricing (buyout fee included).

Tell us a bit about how founding team knows each other.
Sarah met Jackie and the Gratia team by way of a collaboration between Gratia and Graphite, an expert network of which Sarah was a member. Jackie and Sarah struck up an instant rapport over a cup of coffee, as they both had a deep appreciation for the market need that Gratia was addressing and a shared passion for developing innovative solutions in the people and talent sector.
Why did you decide to start this company?
While Jackie was working as a digital nomad, she met a young capable Mozambican analyst. She realised that there were affordable analysts like him that needed to be matched to global clients.
