Customers will get a wide range of electric vehicles on one platform and compare
those vehicles with one another. The customers also book the vehicle for a test drive.
1. Life Cycle: This concept is in the idea stage. As we are planning to execute this idea.
2. Pricing: Pricing will be the same as dealer or less.
3. Sales and Distribution Strategy: We will sell products on an online platform. The sales executives of franchises will assist the customers in providing test drives and delivering them to the RTO for registration. In every state, there will be a warehouse of X-Wheels and a franchise in every Taluk.
4. Fulfillment: X-Wheels will provide door-to-door after-sales service to the customers. The distribution of products will be done by X-Wheels franchises.
5. Requirements: Tools and equipment are required to provide after-sales service.
