We have created a self-scaled model where any farmer can register themselves. F2F team will visit his or her land and create quarries accordingly. After creating quarries, we will publish the availability of quarries on the App. Now Urban family can check the nearest available farm via our app to book quarries on a subscription basis. They can also check the soil and water report, farmer details, and farmer reviews before they book a quarry as per their family size. Now that they can choose the vegetables that they want to grow on that particular quarry, However, before selecting the vegetables, my doctor will visit the client's home to collect urine and blood samples for a full body examination to understand what disease is coming from the client's parental side (In collaboration with Redcliff), what he/she is suffering now, and what disease could occur in the future. Accordingly, the personal dietician will suggest to the client what vegetables are good for them and what are not. Then, accordingly, the farmer will farm under the supervision of the F2F supervisor. Every 5th day, the F2F will deliver the product to the client's doorstep. And if my client becomes bored with having the same vegetables or is not able to make them, they can book a chef from our application too (In collaboration with chef service Provider Company).
Startup Description
F2F is an aggregate platform where urban families can book personal farmland on lease with a personal farmer, receive remote monitoring through CCTV and Satellite, doorstep delivery in code locking bags, a personal dietician and health consultant with a full body check-up, and have the option to invite a chef, and that's all for just INR 3000 to 5000 per month. We are offering 14–16 lakhs to the farmer for every 2 acres of land.

We have very simple subscription based revenue model: We are charging 5000INR per 1000 Sq. Ft. of area (For 4 – 5 Members of family) and 3000INR per 500 Sq. Ft. of area (For 2-3 Members of family) including all expenses like: farmland rent cost, farmer cost, supervisor cost, delivery cost, vegetable cost, full body check-up, 3 counseling season with our health experts, personal dietician, chef etc. We ensure every 5th day delivery of the produce (i.e. 6 deliveries per month) and the vegetable package weighs between 4 to 8 kgs depending on the family size.
