enParadigm uses immersive AI and generative AI to automate the talent management cycle for global Fortune 2000 customers such as Google, P&G, Cognizant, Societe Generale etc. Our enterprise Saas platform provides industry / role specific skill profiling and adaptive experiential learning pathways using digital avatars and immersive AI.

We map accounts globally to our 12 member enterprise sales team sitting in Germany, India and Singapore and pitch to decision makers / influencers. Each of our target accounts has 10-15 different buying centres in different parts of the world.
We have a consumption-based SaaS model based on the number of users and the number of modules they are provisioned.

each other.
John & Veetrag go back to their engineering days, later worked together at Infosys before pursuing their respective business degrees. John graduated from IIM Ahmedabad and Veetrag is an alumnus of Virginia Tech, USA. Both of them know each other for more than 20 years.
Why did you decide to start this
company?
During MBA, out of passion towards learning, technology and business, we created business simulations that were well received by corporates that generated revenue. This is how it all started!
