Elixia's Intelligent delivery orchestration platform is an advanced, technology-driven SaaS-based solution that provides end-to-end visibility and control over the transportation of goods across the supply chain. It digitally manages the entire logistics process of moving shipments from source to destination right from dispatch planning, execution, and real-time tracking to delivery and billing. Multi-pick-up and multi-drop deliveries can also be efficiently planned and managed on the system. The platform can fully manage and digitalize FTL, PTL, and parcel deliveries. Elixia has 450+ customers over the globe.

"a. Average Cycle Time: With average cycle time of 3-4 weeks (From Purchase Order Receipt to Go Live), Elixia stands strong and different than others. Others typically take 4 months to go live, as product is usually not ready. Elixia has a ready product – highly configured, helping attain reasonably less cycle time. Moreover, with 60+ GPS Integrations by far, onboarding a customer is way faster than others. This has helped Elixia crack a lot of deals over other competitors. b. Operationally Profitable: Elixia is one of the very few companies moving towards being operationally profitable. From February 2024 onwards, Elixia will be sustainable – as compared to competitors in market, who are burning significant chunk of fund and are utilizing the funds to build the product. c. Customer Experience: Obsessed over customer experience, Elixia has managed to attain a customer retention of 89% - which is very high as compared to others with an average customer retention of 70%."
