With our stores located within the community complexes offering retail (grocery, dairy, fruits, vegetables & household items) and a mobile app for delivery and all other home & personal services, we are redefining modern urban living by providing hotel-like convenience at home.


Startup Description

Dusminute is the only company that provides groceries and multiple value-added services under one platform. The unparalleled loyalty gained from every house across all communities is leveraged for multiple value-added services like painting, pest control, deep cleaning, appliance repair, pet grooming and many more. The entire operation is run end to end by the state-of-the-art technology developed in-house. We are currently working on a kind of AI engine to predict & gamify the experience of every resident via personalization. This automated engine utilizes LOYALTY as a currency where customers can see their “essential” grocery purchases being rewarded for by providing personalized experiences and offers across multiple verticals (grocery, value-added services, subscriptions etc) to drive higher wallet share.

*Dusminute is the first startup to exclusively build a sustainable model dedicated for apartment complexes in India. By acquiring 50% of the wallet share of the residents in just 10% of the apartments, Dusminute will earn 1B USD in revenue and close to 5-6B USD in valuation in the next 4-5 years. *The offline component of the business is driven via ultra-modern convenience stores along with multiple shop-in-shops like pharmacies and salons and interactive experiences like chat counters, bakery/sweets counters, etc. This space becomes the key social hub for the community resulting in 100% penetration in the first month itself with more than 8 monthly repeat visits per house: an approach unique only to Dusminute.
