They are running their delivery fleet on giving a choice for any rider to pick any order even though the rider might be far away from the pickup location ,plus without quality checking on the riders performance or any safety measures due to which often times the orders are not even picked up for hours and after pickups many a times the riders are misbehaving along with theft or the products getting lost. We have streamlined our delivery process whereby CloseBy assign the order to the nearest rider for a faster pickup and delivery while keeping a strict check on the performance along with streamlining the rider selection based on multiple criteria so as to stop any misbehaving or theft along with quick pickup and delivery.
