ClinoVa is a B2B SaaS infrastructure layer for India's 800,000 independent GPs, embedding directly at the prescription layer with zero workflow friction.
The platform automates clinical validation, government incentive recovery, and medico-legal compliance simultaneously and invisibly, while constructing a continuous, ABDM-linked longitudinal patient record at every visit. Because Clinical Shield is deterministic rather than generative, it cannot hallucinate — a non-probabilistic rule architecture built on 418 ICMR/WHO protocols.
Business Model
ClinoVa is built on five distinct revenue streams, each targeting a different part of the healthcare value chain.
(1) SaaS Subscription, charged directly to the doctor.
(2) DHIS Success Fee — ClinoVa takes a percentage of government ABDM incentives recovered on the doctor's behalf.
(3) Clinical Shield Licensing — a standalone subscription for non-ClinoVa doctors, plus API licensing to EHRs, insurers, government, and global health systems.
(4) Pharma CME — paid by pharma sponsors for unbranded clinical education.
(5) Aggregated Insights — anonymised prescribing trend data, licensed to both pharma and government health systems.
The DHIS stream in particular makes the platform structurally self-funding for the doctor, since the incentives recovered exceed the subscription cost.

Sameer, Harjot, and Waseem have worked together at CallHealth, where Harjot led the Business Head role reporting into Sameer and Waseem was heading all clinical business as a P&L head.
Why did you decide to start this
company?
After 25+ years in Indian healthcare, the founding team saw the same gap everywhere: healthtech solved for admin and dashboards, never the doctor. We decided build the infra for the doctor first.
