Blitz generates revenue through two main channels: (1) per-delivery logistics contracts with enterprise clients (75% of revenue), and (2) EV leasing to drivers on a rent-to-own model (25% of revenue). All EVs and chargers are leased via OEM partners, enabling Blitz to stay asset-light.

The founding team came together through a combination of personal and professional networks in the EV, logistics, and venture sectors. Saivya met Charles and William through the early Indonesian EV ecosystem. Niranjan joined after collaborating with Saivya via mutual connections in product and logistics circles.

Why did you decide to start this company?

To transform Southeast Asia’s logistics landscape using electric vehicles and sustainable delivery tech, starting with the biggest gap: Indonesia’s lack of fast, green last-mile delivery.
