Beyond just mobility, we integrate educational outings, corporate excursions and curated activities into our platform- creating a full-service, bundled solution that simplifies planning and enhances user experience. Clients can book Electric buses or cabs via our WhatsApp-based interface or web portal. Each trip is tracked through a carbon analytics dashboard, helping institutions measure their CO₂ savings and unlock potential carbon credit monetization- turning mobility into an ESG-aligned asset. Our asset-light model leverages EV vendor partnerships, ensuring affordability, flexibility and scalability. AutoHost bridges mobility, sustainability and experiential services, making us more than a transport provider- we're a climate-conscious, convenience-first platform built for institutional travel. With active interest & Engagement from 20+ schools and 10+ corporates, AutoHost is pilot-ready and well-positioned to scale as India accelerates toward a Net-Zero future. We are also developing a Power BI-based carbon dashboard, an MVP website and a co-branded fleet pilot plan to streamline early onboarding. AutoHost is an Electric-first institutional mobility platform providing safe, affordable and sustainable group transport for schools, corporates, institutions etc.- bundled with activity planning & carbon tracking. Today’s institutional transport is disjointed, diesel-dependent and lacks ESG alignment. Existing vendors like Aaveg, Bakshi Transport and Yolo primarily offer intercity or fleet-only services, often priced at a premium. In contrast, AutoHost offers a holistic intra-city solution that integrates electric mobility, curated travel experiences & carbon analytics- all accessible through a WhatsApp-based booking flow or web interface. Each trip is logged into our Carbon Analytics Dashboard, enabling institutions to track CO₂ savings and unlock value through carbon credit monetization. This turns transport into a measurable climate impact opportunity. We’re in the validation stage, with 20+ schools & 10+ corporates engaged. Our MVP includes a working booking interface, carbon dashboard prototype & vendor partnerships underway. The asset-light model delivers institutional transport at ₹14,500/trip, compared to ₹20,000+ from current vendors- making sustainability more accessible and cost-effective. AutoHost seeks ₹1 Cr in pre-seed funding to activate pilot operations, strengthen the platform & onboard early clients. Business Model

AutoHost operates on a platform-enabled, asset-light business model focused on institutional EV-based mobility. Our primary revenue stream comes from per-trip booking charges paid by schools, corporates, communities & institutions for electric bus and cab services. We also generate income through bundled services, including curated activities, refreshments and trip coordination- enhancing client experience and improving per-trip margins. Additionally, AutoHost earns profit margins from third-party service providers (e.g., cab vendors, activity organizers, EV bus partners) by accommodating our TAM within their supply networks. A key differentiator is our Carbon Credit Monetization Layer. Every EV trip’s CO₂ savings are tracked via our Carbon Analytics Dashboard, allowing us to partner with certified carbon markets to issue tradable credits. This opens new revenue opportunities through institutional revenue sharing or direct credit sales. Future revenue streams include subscription models for high-frequency clients, premium co-branded hosting, event-based group travel and green certification services for institutions. We’re also exploring long-term monetization from a carbon tracking SaaS layer, EV infrastructure tie-ups and data-driven sustainability reporting tools.
