Business Model

Our revenue generation is from two sources: builders and channel partners. For builders, we offer based on no. of projects and no. of licenses, along with a basic setup cost. For channel partners, we have tier-based pricing based on the number of inventories they want to manage. Both of these pricing models are ARR models. The pricing is based on the level of usage and the number of features they want to access. This allows our clients to choose the right plan that fits their needs and budget.

Tell us a bit about how founding team knows each other.

Pooja and I met through a start-up event. While I was working on CRM, she was conceptualizing a B2C idea for real estate. That's how we thought we could work together in the same field and she got onboarded in 2021. I manage the Product and Tech while Pooja manages the Sales and Marketing.

Why did you decide to start this company?

I identified a need for a niche low-cost product to cater to builders as an end-to-end solution. The pain point and the real estate market, both were huge. To productize this idea, I started Acrobuild.
